Pine Hill Group is currently seeking experienced tax professionals to join its operationally focused finance and accounting consultancy and M&A advisory firm located in Philadelphia, PA.



Responsibilities

  • ASC 740 expertise required
  • Experience working with ONESOURCE Tax Provision Software
  • Mergers and acquisitions experience, including tax due diligence, tax structuring and purchase accounting issues
  • Market facing, with experience in selling to new clients, as well as expanding services to existing clients
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to recruit, develop and grow staff and build effective client service teams
  • Ability to service middle-market clients, but must be flexible to work with clients of varying sizes
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Integrity, dependability, trustworthiness, and sound judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments within required time constraints and deadlines
  • A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of public and/or corporate accounting experience focusing on corporate tax issues
  • Minimum of five years of experience with a large national or Big Four public accounting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis.
